About Cindy Packard:
Cindy began her insurance career June of 1999 with State Farm Insurance as a Customer Service Representative. She worked for State Farm for over a year. In 2001 she turned her attention to the Medical Field, Banking Industry, attended College of Southern Idaho for two years and found her way back into Insurance.
Cindy joined Starley-Leavitt Insurance of Twin Falls March 2008 as a processor for the Commercial Lines Department. Cindy enjoys working with clients and became a licensed Property and Casualty insurance agent September 2008 then transferred to the Personal Lines Department where she handles the alphabet section N-SI. In this position Cindy sells and services Personal Lines accounts. She provides guidance to customers on their coverage by maintaining adequate limits of insurance and making sure that policy changes are completed accurately and in a timely manner. Cindys goal is to bring the knowledge gained from her experiences to assist clients with their personal insurance needs.
Cindy is married and has 2 children. Her hobbies are: scrapbooking, decorating, cooking and snow-skiing. Most of all, she enjoys being a mother.
